This site is operated by Abhimanyu Biswas (IT and Enterprise). This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
When you submit the enquiry form or request the free PDF, we collect your name, job title, organisation, email, optional phone number, and any message.
We also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure website traffic and how visitors use the site. This data is collected in aggregate and helps us improve the site. You can block these cookies using your browser settings or a browser extension.
We use your contact details only to respond to your enquiry, deliver requested resources, and — with your consent — send occasional programme updates (unsubscribe anytime). We never sell or share your data for advertising.
Form submissions are handled by Formspree and emailed to us. Email updates are managed by MailerLite (EU servers). Website analytics are provided by Google Analytics. Some of these providers are based outside your country, including the United States, so your data may be processed there. No data is shared with anyone else.
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner. Email subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard settings.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent for emails, at any time. Email abhimanyu_biswas@itandenterprise.com. For UK/EU visitors, we process enquiry data under legitimate interest and email updates under consent (GDPR). If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
